I began my career several years ago as a Public Relations professional and absolutely loved encouraging people to tell their stories in unique and captivating ways. I was endlessly curious and translated this into news research, media hits and positioning myself to be an expert in every industry I touched.

Having worked my way up in the agency setting, I wanted a fresh challenge to improve my skills and expand my knowledge. That’s when I ventured in-house and was introduced to the world of internal communications and I haven’t looked back since.

I have worked in-house the past few years, specializing in internal communications. My versatile background includes change management, executive communications, HR and benefits communication, new program implementation, internal department support and communication to frontline workers.

Every role has helped me understand the complexities of organizations, people and processes. My in-house career has included Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Hilton Grand Vacations and Red Lobster.

I am currently based in Orlando, FL where the sun shines year-round. I love to travel, particularly to places where I can feel the sand between my toes. I take thoughtful gifts pretty seriously and my current guilty pleasure is visiting local coffee shops and comparing the best chai tea lattes.
